By accessing or using the AnythingEarlier.ai platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. 2. Nature of the Service

AnythingEarlier.ai provides a technology platform that facilitates appointment notifications and scheduling optimization between healthcare practices and patients. AnythingEarlier.ai is a software provider and does not provide medical care, medical advice, or healthcare services of any kind.

3. Appointment Availability and Concurrent Requests

Multiple patients may receive automated notifications for the same appointment opening, and appointment availability can change rapidly. Appointments are not reserved, guaranteed, or finalized until explicitly confirmed by your healthcare provider.

4. Accuracy of Scheduling Information

The Service relies entirely on scheduling data provided by third-party systems and external healthcare providers. This information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Anything Earlier is not responsible for scheduling discrepancies originating from external systems.

5. Automated Scheduling Neutrality

Our automated systems generate appointment notifications purely based on clinical and logistical scheduling factors, such as availability and provider criteria. The system does not evaluate medical urgency or protected characteristics. Healthcare providers retain ultimate and sole authority over all scheduling decisions.

6. No Reliance on Automated Results

While the Service is designed to provide reliable and efficient scheduling notifications, it cannot guarantee that any specific appointment will remain available. Notifications are strictly informational and do not constitute medical advice or a binding offer for healthcare delivery.

7. SMS and RCS Communications

Anything Earlier provides a technology platform that facilitates appointment notifications and scheduling optimization between healthcare practices and patients. By providing your mobile number and opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive service-related and transactional messages. These messages include real-time appointment availability alerts, scheduling updates, confirmations, and reminders.

Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity, configuration preferences, and healthcare provider availability. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS/RCS service at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

8. Emergency Medical Situations

The Service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
