By accessing or using the AnythingEarlier.ai platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of the Service
AnythingEarlier.ai provides a technology platform that facilitates appointment notifications and scheduling optimization between healthcare practices and patients.
AnythingEarlier.ai does not provide medical care, medical advice, or healthcare services.
Appointment Availability and Concurrent Requests
Multiple patients may receive notifications for the same appointment opening. Appointment availability may change rapidly.
Appointments are not reserved or guaranteed until confirmed by the healthcare provider.
Accuracy of Scheduling Information
The Service relies on scheduling data provided by healthcare providers and third-party systems which may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed.
Automated Scheduling Neutrality
Automated systems generate appointment notifications based on scheduling factors and do not evaluate medical urgency or protected characteristics.
Healthcare providers retain authority over scheduling decisions.
No Reliance on Automated Results
The Service is designed to provide reliable scheduling notifications but cannot guarantee appointment availability.
Notifications are informational and do not constitute medical advice.
SMS Communications
Users who provide phone numbers consent to receive appointment notifications and scheduling communications.
Emergency Medical Situations
The Service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Force Majeure
Notify Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control including internet disruptions, API failures, EMR outages, cloud outages, telecommunications failures, or cascading system delays.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology are proprietary to Notify Holdings, LLC.
Names including AnythingEarlier.ai, Anything Earlier, “Happy Patients, Full Calendars,” and “Where the Appointment Finds You” are trademarks or service marks of Notify Holdings, LLC.
Patent Notice
The technology used by the Service may be protected by United States patents including U.S. Patent No. 9,129,266 along with additional patents, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies.
Users may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive underlying technologies.
Restrictions on Data Extraction and Automated Use
Users may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service or use Service outputs to develop competing systems or train machine learning models.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
